  • The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

  • If the order contains multiple items, a return request and an exchange request can both be acceptedβ€”each relating to a separate item.

  • During free-shipping promotions, the customer must cover both-way shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

  • Refunds are issued through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash only, within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If the order is refused during delivery after opening for inspection, a fee of 80 EGP must be paid.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from your order, we offer a free replacement with no shipping fees, valid within 3 days of delivery.
