Return & Exchange

Please review the following guidelines:
π Exchange Requests

Exchange must be requested within 7 days from receiving the order.

The product must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all size tags attached.
π Return Requests

Returns are accepted only within 3 days, and only if the item is damaged or not the same as the product ordered.
π Time Limits

Any requests submitted after the stated period will not be processed.
π Item Condition

Products that are damaged, worn, or missing their tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
π One Request Per Shipment

Each shipment is eligible for one process only: either a return or an exchange.
π Shipping Fees

The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
π Multiple Items in an Order

If the order contains multiple items, a return request and an exchange request can both be acceptedβeach relating to a separate item.
π During Free-Shipping Offers

During free-shipping promotions, the customer must cover both-way shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
π Refund Method

Refunds are issued through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash only, within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
π Refusing an Order

If the order is refused during delivery after opening for inspection, a fee of 80 EGP must be paid.
π Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from your order, we offer a free replacement with no shipping fees, valid within 3 days of delivery.
